Mastercard access has been restored!
Between 6:30PM Monday and Tuesday 10:00AM Iowa-Nebraska State Bank Mastercards were accidentally disabled.
A nightly post-conversion update accidentally reset Mastercard cards. The issue was identified at 7:30AM and was repaired by 10:00AM.
We are extremely sorry about this disruption and we are working on steps to ensure this does NOT happen again.

What does this mean for current Iowa-Nebraska State Bank Customers?

  • Iowa-Nebraska State Bank Customers will have access to all BankFirst ATM’s

    Including existing Iowa-Nebraska State Bank ATM’s

  • You will have access to the BankFirst Online mobile app and mobile banking

    Located in the App Store or Google Play

  • To learn more about new products and services, please refer to the Customer Welcome Packet

  • Iowa-Nebraska State Bank debit cards will continue to function as before

    Debit cards will transition automatically

  • Iowa-Nebraska State Bank Customers will not need to get new checks

    You can finish your existing stock.

  • My Mobile Money will be disabled as of 12/10/2018

    BankFirst hopes to have this App functioning by 3/29/2019

  • Telebank number will change to 402-644-9000 at 9:00AM on Monday December 10th

    Please use your same account# and pin code as before.

Scheduled Timeline of Conversion

On December 7th 2018, starting at 5:00pm, BankFirst will be converting Iowa-Nebraska State Bank Customers to BankFirst accounts

During Conversion Weekend:

Prior to Thursday, December 6th, we recommend that you download your statements and update your Quicken/Quickbooks information
