Loan Operations in our Norfolk NE office:

To assist the loan officers in the management of the credit files, document preparation, and the processing of loan transactions to enhance client relationships and to assist the bank’s clients as needed. This position is responsible for compiling data, preparing various reports for officers, auditors, and Senior Management.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.

Manage documentation and preparation of loan for processing.

Record and maintain documentation for proper filings for security interest in all collateral.

Communicates regularly with the lending staff regarding loan documentation deficiencies.

Greet visitors, and answers the telephone, issues correspondence, and promotes business for the bank by maintaining excellent client relations.

Title: Integrated Teller (ITM)/ Call Center Specialist

Reports To: ITM/Call Center Manager

Supervises: N/A

BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide quality service to bank customers by performing transactions through the Integrated Teller Machine and providing customer service duties over the telephone.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

ITM Teller

  • Receive checking and savings deposits through the ITM: verify endorsements, receive proper identification for cash back, and issue receipts of deposit.
  • Examine checks deposited and determine proper funds availability based on regulation requirements and complete Hold Notices as necessary.
  • Process savings and checking withdraws with proper customer identification through the ITM.
  • Cash checks: verify endorsement, receive proper identification, and ensure validity.
  • Accept loan payments: verify payment amount and type and issue receipts.
  • Balance virtual drawer accurately, daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks and resolve offages.
  • Refer customers to the proper department for issues that cannot be resolved through the ITM.
  • Follow robbery, early morning and opening and closing procedures

Call Center Specialist

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication ‘scripts’ when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or transfer calls to proper departments to resolve.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
  • Seize opportunities to cross-sell products and services when they arise.
  • Keep records of calls in regard to transfers, check orders, travel notices, and address changes
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures
